# Gallio PRO

> Gallio PRO is automated image and video anonymization software that detects and blurs faces and license plates locally on your own computer, for privacy protection and GDPR compliance. It runs on Windows, macOS, or Linux.

Gallio PRO uses AI (object detection and neural networks) to automatically find and blur or mask faces and license plates in photos and videos. All processing runs locally on the user's machine: images, videos, and the personal data they contain (such as faces and license plates) are never uploaded to the cloud or sent to Gallio or any third party. This local, no-upload design is what makes the tool suitable for organizations with strict data-protection requirements. It also supports batch processing of large volumes and offers on-premise deployment for regulated sectors.
